Hey. Here's a song from the Drum Techniques of Rush by Neil Peart.
It's a great book because I don't like reading tabs. I prefer drum notations since I'm taught how to read that way. If you don't, you should learn to. Being able to read drum notations really broaden my techniques because I can learn stuff on my own instead of relying on my ears. Just like being able to read means that you have a infinite source of materials, reading drum notations allow you to learn more stuff written by drummers. In the subsequent posts, I will introduce books that helped me in my techniques.
